On November 4th 2002, Cyprus Airways unveiled
its new Web site that provides extensive functionality and services
for its customers including online bookings, SunMiles Frequent Flyer
Programme account information, "real-time" arrival and
departure information, baggage tracing as well as a number of other
useful customer information and services.

which makes it easier for customers to check fares, flight
availability and flight status, view their SunMiles frequent flyer
account information and for the first time, book and purchase
tickets online. Customers are able to navigate the entire site
quickly and conduct their business online 24 hours a day, 365 days a
year. We are leveraging technology, a core component of Cyprus
Airways business strategy, to deliver a superior travel experience
to our customers and we shall continue to seek innovation and
utilise technology in conjunction with improved business processes
to maintain constant service and product improvement” stated Mr
Haris Loizides, Chairman of Cyprus Airways Ltd.
The cyprusairways.com site, designed as a one-stop
customer access channel, offers easy navigation and full-service
functionality. Customers now have the ability to perform easy
bookings on all flights operated by Cyprus Airways enjoying online
and e-mail support, as well as telephone support, seven days a week.
The new web site offers online booking
capabilities, initially to customers flying out of Cyprus and will
soon be expanded to offer these capabilities across the entire
Cyprus Airways network. Other online services include SunMiles
Frequent Flyer Programme account information, "real-time"
arrival and departure information, baggage tracing, destination and
weather information, in-flight duty free shopping information and
in-flight entertainment listings, as well as a number of other
useful services for the traveller.
